Making a lifestyle change is hard but if you are anything like me then looking back on old pictures and seeing how far you have come just proves that hard work is paying off. The picture on the left was taken when I weighed 224lbs and was a size 18 in pants and a size XL in shirts. I spent the majority of my life at this size and it wasn’t until about 1 1/2 years ago that I made a complete 360 change. I currently weigh 162lbs and wear a size 8 in pants and a size small in shirts!! Loosing weight by changing my bad eating habits as well as working out has disciplined me in all areas of my life. I recently changed my major from nursing to Health Promotion because I am so passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals with faith as their guide. My proudest fitness moment so far would be the full marathon (26.2miles) that I ran on November 17th. I would really like it if you would follow my blog and help me change the world to be a healthier one. If you ever feel discouraged along your journey just remember that through Christ ALL things are possible (Phil 4: 13). Good luck and God Bless.
